Halogig.com will charge 20% of the invoice value net off taxes for freelance projects.
Halogig.com will process the payments of the freelancers on weekly basis , all the freelancers whose work has been approved by the client at least 5 working days prior to the disbursal cycle will receive the payments in the next following cycle.
Halogig.com has not put any cap on the numbers of proposal any freelancer can submit in a month but it is recommended to apply for the relevant project only to increase the probability of project win.
Halogig.com has no monthly membership fees applicable to any freelancer account.
Halogig.com doesn’t charge any processing fees to any freelancer account while transferring the fees to their bank account.
Rest terms and conditions will be as per the user agreement.

Halogig.com doesn’t charge any fees from the client irrespective of the kind of project awarded.
Halogig.com doesn’t charge any fees from the client irrespective of the kind of project awarded. Client needs to release the advance payment as per the agreement between freelancer and client . The same will reflect in the billing section of the client , once client approves the work done by the freelancer Halogig.com will go ahead and release the payment to the freelancer.
Once the work of the freelancer is approved by the client thereafter refund in case of any dispute will not be possible.

Dispute Management

In case of any dispute between the client and freelancer Halogig will act an dispute resolver and basis the facts recorded only on the portal between freelancer and client will be taken into the consideration for dispute resolution. No offline discussion be it written or oral will be taken as a base for the resolution.

Cancellations of the services prior to the start of the work can be done at client’s discretion and if the client has released the payment to Halogig then client will be entitled for the full fees refund. However any transaction fees charged by the payment gateway and incurred by Halogig during this transaction will be charged back to the client.
If the project has been commenced and dispute leads to the contract cancellation then payment released to the freelance might not be recoverable however to safeguard the interest of the client Halogig will ask the freelancer to submit the work to Halogig , if technically possible, so that project can carried out with another resource . Halogig will also assist the client to find the relevant freelancer to the client.
Halogig.com will refund the due amount to the user within 15 working days.

Halogig.com reserves the right to change any terms and conditions for service usage at its discretion and same will be immediately applicable once notified.
